New East-West gas pipeline put into operation
In Belek of Balkan province a ceremony of commissioning of the East-West gas pipeline was held, which linked the largest gas fields in Turkmenistan into a single gas transportation system. During the opening ceremony, the President of Turkmenistan turned the valve of the East-West gas pipeline, which streamed the first cubic meters of natural gas.
